Apologize, President Obama!
Last night in what was supposed to be a speech to push his free Health Care legislation President Obama made a statement accusing the Cambridge policeman, Sgt. James Crowley of “stupidly” arresting Henry Louise Gates, Jr. for breaking into his own house. The Cambridge police report collaborated by several eye witness accounts plainly shows Gates was blatantly race baiting the situation.
What is so disturbing over the situation is for the President to make such an ignorant comment and not have any of the facts. He and other African Americans now make race the issue before any other information is explored. May God Bless Sgt Crowley and his department for standing their ground and telling the truth about this ridiculously distorted story by both Gates and the President. How is this going to heal our racial biases Mr. President? I voted for you once and now I wonder are you the President of America or Black America?
